Similar to other projects Govan Brown has completed, the two-phase Cisco Canada project was located in the prestigious Canterra Tower in Calgary’s affluent Eau Claire neighborhood. Govan Brown was retained in 2007 to fit-out Cisco’s 3rd floor offices and to reinvigorate the space with a modern atmosphere. As mentioned before, the entire Cisco Canada project consisted of two phases completed a year apart.  The  first phase  included  the  renovation  of the reception

area, boardroom, product display section, kitchen, private offices and locker area. The more intricate installations included an IT room, bulding distribution frame and lab area. The second phase however included perhaps the more unique design element. While the office was operational, we installed a state-of-the-art Teleprescence system. Extensive electrical, AV, architectural and mechanical work  was required to complete the advanced program which

would allow staff to video conference with other Cisco offices.Cisco is a vital company within the world of communications and technology. We were happy to complete a project to their exact specifications. A repeat client of ours, we are always pleased to deliver their projects in a timely fashion.
