When Rogers acquired their new space at 1 Mount Pleasant Avenue and the adjacent 333 Bloor Street West properties, they did so with the intention of establishing a centralized Toronto campus for their organization. This project was a large undertaking and required our construction managers to operate on a fast-track construction schedule to achieve the aggressive move-in date that the client desired. The new  centralized Rogers location was to act as a cons-

olidating space for various satellite offices around the GTA. The new location, in the heart of downtown, provided Rogers’ employees with an easily-accessible and commute-friendly office. Additionally, the office was outfitted with many elements indicative of a first-class working environment including a gym and a cafeteria. Included in the project scope were multiple floor renovations and new office fit-ups for 13 floors at 333 Bloor street. The space was also designed with

raised floors for efficient data cable management within a primarily open work space.  Rogers is a first class communications company and as such they deserved a space that would represent their esteemed position as one of Canada’s largest communication service providers.
