Our Calgary branch was retained in 2011 to outfit Regus’ offices. The multi-national organization had a very specific design intention for their Canadian offices and required our most qualified construction professionals to complete. Between July and September of that year, our team conducted a thorough mechanical and aesthetic build-out of the Regus office. From the very outset, the Regus project contained an extensive amount of cosmetic work. Glazed walls with

window coverings, writable wall services, polished floors, carpet inlays, custom pendant lights and solid wood floor base decorated the interior of this elegant office. Our work also included the construction of two common meeting rooms, a data room equipped with separate cooling system; refreshment bar decorated with solid service countertops, black painted glass backsplash and a solid T-bar ceiling was installed throughout the office. The entire space was also fitted

with state-of-the-art AV accessories and a majority of the offices  were  equipped with in-suite communication systems. Undaunted by the extensive scope of this project, our team managed to complete the Regus space on time and within budget. Typified by the elongated project list and tight budget, the Regus project showcased our ability to work in intense environments, which is oftentimes, the case with all of our projects.
