Located on the 14th floor, the Duff & Phelps space was one of many projects that Govan Brown was retained to complete in the newly built Bay-Adelaide Centre in downtown Toronto. The Duff & Phelps space occupied 23,445 square feet of tower space and possessed all the elements of an industry leading office. An integral component to the project's success was the premium put on completing the project on an accelerated schedule. Perhaps the most essential area to complete

early was the LAN room as the Duff & Phelps team desired its early completion to allow their IT operations to move in and set up prior to the rest of the team's arrival. Another area of major interest was the reception and lobby. A cosmetic finish that is present in the lobby and adjacent areas is a large wood veneered bulkhead that runs throughout the office. The elevator lobby was also renovated from its previous finishes and it presents a picturesque walkway through the lobby to several

meeting rooms that open onto the reception area. Other features include open offices, closed offices, and open workstations that contain furniture exclusive to Duff & Phelps. The furniture, which comes from a designated dealer in the United States, was booked early in the project timeline to ensure its prompt delivery.
